Introduction to the magazine
The Journal of the Jurisprudence Association is a refereed scientific journal specialized in Islamic jurisprudence and its principles, issued by the Saudi Jurisprudence Association once every three months. The first issue was published in Jumada al-Ula 1427 AH.
Its topics, titles, and fields vary, whether in contemporary issues or other vital jurisprudential topics, such as worship, transactions, family rulings, crimes, Sharia policy, and others.
The journal is considered one of the main sources of scientific research that deals with developments, issues, and contemporary jurisprudential issues.
Scientific arbitration:
Research published in the journal is subject to accurate scientific arbitration according to the scientific standards recognized in refereed scientific journals, so that only research that meets specific controls and conditions is published, and after being arbitrated by at least two examiners.
