The Saudi Jurisprudence Society - headquartered in the College of Sharia at Imam Muhammad bin Saud Islamic University in Riyadh - is one of the non-profit scientific societies, which works in its field of specialization according to the unified system of scientific societies in Saudi universities under the supervision of the Ministry of Education, and its honorary president: His Eminence Sheikh Abdul Aziz bin Abdullah Al Sheikh, Grand Mufti of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, in addition to the honorary membership of a number of senior scholars in the Kingdom.

The association aims to serve Islamic jurisprudence and its people, enhance communication between scholars and students of knowledge, take care of the jurisprudential heritage in investigation, study, publication and monitoring, study calamities, accidents and contemporary jurisprudence issues, seek to facilitate the jurisprudential heritage for Muslims and present it to them according to the correct Islamic approach, and pay attention to developing the scientific and professional performance of the members of the association, and serve the two specialists: jurisprudence and its origins, and specialists in these two sciences of scientists, judges, professors and students of science, as well as the general Muslims, and meet their jurisprudential needs through the means available to the
